The body is such a beautiful thing and it needs to be treated as such. My definition of healthy eating means consuming things that are good for you, not just because they are low in fat or sugar or carbs. 
I believe anything we put in our bodies should have a purpose. 
I have a lot of experience with this topic and hope that I can help people to reach their own goals as well as reaching my own with the support of my followers. 
I’m 5’1” and the number on the scale doesn’t determine my happiness (most days). I’m 22 years old.

I made chicken burgers and bacon with avocado. So happy right now.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Combine the following in a large bowl:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.5 lbs ground chicken&lt;br/&gt;
One egg&lt;br/&gt;
Handful of unsweetened coconut flakes&lt;br/&gt;
2 Tbs Dijon mustard&lt;br/&gt;
1 tsp onion powder&lt;br/&gt;
1 tsp dried sage&lt;br/&gt;
1 Tbs coconut oil, melted&lt;br/&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After I cooked the bacon (I finished it before dinner was ready since I just couldn’t wait) I cooked the chicken burgers in the drippings. Half an avocado and there you have it. Heaven on a plate. This recipe makes about 6 burgers. It’s also a good idea to slightly undercook the ones you will be reheating for another meal that way they won’t dry out or overcook in the microwave.
