We love this recipe for tilapia wraps from FitSugar reader HealthyDiva because it’s so quick and easy to make. I haven’t posted one of these in a while! Incase anyone cares, I had:
BREAKFAST~
nonfat greek yogurt with 3 strawberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, pinch of slivered almonds, a little agave
Grande Soy Latte (My bosses treat :)
LUNCH~
Salad from the salad bar by my work. I put spinach, carrots, cabbage, kidney beans, beats, hard boiled eggs, small amount of blue cheese, raisins, and sesame dressing
Gingerberry Kombucha
Slice of baguette
DINNER~
Chicken puttanesca with orzo pasta and a slice of baguette

I think its fine to eat like that if you were making good choices all day (salads and lots of fruits and veggies for snacks) Just be aware of the high fat content in coconut milk :) Sounds so yummy though!

I used to get the Sonic Ranch Chicken Wrap all the time! Then I realized it was 450 calories! 17g Total grahms of fat! 45g of carbs! 1305mg Sodium! So I came up with a healthier version that taste surprisingly the same!

Off hand I can’t think of any to link this to but I love to make fresh hummus with chickpeas or you can roast them in the oven with salt, pepper, and a little bit of oil and they get crunchy! I also like to heat some oil in a pan and add white kidney beans, salt, pepper, and fresh chopped rosemary.
